Diversity By Degree

1 Calculated by summing the “Graduate,” “Doctorate,” and “Juris Doctorate” # values in the “Non-Resident Alien” column of the “Unduplicated Total” section of “Enrollment: Diversity” Enr Table 7 from the Data Book (https://www.umassd.edu/oir/institutional-research/data-reports/)

Demographics By Degree

1 Calculated by averaging the “All Graduates,” “All Doctorates,” and “All Juris Doctorates” average age values (and weighting by the number of students in each of these categories) in the “Average Ages – Unduplicated” subsection of “Enrollment: Age Ranges” Enr Table 3B from the Data Book (https://www.umassd.edu/oir/institutional-research/data-reports/)

1 Calculated by summing the “Graduate,” “Doctorate,” and “Juris Doctorate” # values in the "Unduplicated Total” section of “Enrollment By Gender” Enr Table 5 from the Data Book (https://www.umassd.edu/oir/institutional-research/data-reports/)

2 We recognize that "gender" is definitely not binary, and that this statistic is outdated. Still, we believe it is important to monitor equality across genders, even by such a rudimentary metric in the absence of better data.
